Tradies, Meet Johnni.ai. The AI Voice Receptionist That Handles Quotes Like a Pro
If you’re running a concreting, plumbing, electrical, or landscaping business, you know the drill:
📞 The phone rings while you’re on-site
📋 A customer wants a quote
🚫 You miss the call, and they move on to the next guy
That’s thousands in lost work each month.
But now, there’s a smarter way to handle enquiries even when you’re up to your elbows in mud, cement, or cables.
Introducing Johnni.ai Australia’s AI voice receptionist built for tradies.
Here’s What It Sounds Like In Action
Caller: Hey, I’m looking to get a quote for my concreting in the backyard.
Johnni.ai: Absolutely. We can help with that. No dramas at all. Let’s get you booked in first. Can I get your first and last name, please?
Caller: Yeah, it’s Paul and Steve.
Johnni.ai: Great to meet you, Paul and Steve. Is the number you’re calling from the best one to reach you at?
(continues gathering job details, address, job type, measurements, and timing preferences, all naturally and without missing a beat)
No “press 1 for this”
No voicemail
No hold music
Just a friendly, human-sounding voice collecting everything you need to quote the job.
