Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Receptionist plans are month to month. Every plan starts with a 7 day free trial with 30 free minutes to set up and test your receptionist, and your plan starts the day you get your phone number or after 7 days. Change or cancel anytime.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days and 30 free minutes of test calls to set up your receptionist and hear it for yourself before it answers a single customer. We take your card at signup but don’t charge it. Your plan starts the day you get your phone number, or when the 7 days are up if that comes first. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What counts as a call?
Any answered inbound call. Plans are sized on a two-minute average, so ~300 calls is 600 minutes. If your calls run longer you’ll use minutes faster, and the per-minute rate after your allowance is shown on each plan.
Is the job software integration included?
Every plan includes CRM and call transcripts. Connecting your job software (ServiceM8, simPRO, ServiceTitan, Zoho, Pipedrive, HubSpot) so Johnni books straight into it is a custom add-on, quoted per business.
Are prices ex GST?
Yes. Every price on this page is AUD and excludes GST.
How much does an AI receptionist cost with Johnni AI?
Plans start at $49 a month billed monthly, or $44 a month paid annually, plus GST. That covers about 30 calls with 60 minutes included. Larger plans run to $899 a month for around 750 calls. Every plan has a 7 day free trial with 30 free setup minutes, and no lock-in.
What is the difference between the monthly and annual price?
The annual price saves you 10 percent across every plan. Pay As You Go is $49 a month billed monthly or $44 paid annually, and Solo, Starter and Growth follow the same 10 percent saving. Monthly plans stay month to month.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on any Johnni AI receptionist plan. Connecting your job software such as ServiceM8, simPRO or ServiceTitan is a custom add-on quoted per business, but getting your phone answered does not carry a setup charge.
Is the website really free?
Yes. Every plan includes a website for your business at no extra cost. You build it in your Johnni portal, and it goes live once your plan starts. Enquiries from the site land in your Johnni CRM.
