The outbound queue supports manual contacts and CSV imports, with website and advertising workflows available for new enquiries.
Can I control what Johnni says?+
Yes. Set the opening, questions and goal for the campaign. Different lead types can use different scripts.
What happens if nobody answers?+
The attempt is recorded in the queue. Further attempts depend on the calling rules you configure.
